Please ask residents to refrain from placing speakers, stereos and other noisy equipment against a wall that abuts a neighbors unit. The sound of percussion penetrates into the adjoining unit and can get rather disturbing.

My wife and I live in So202. It seems almost every night between the hours of 8-10pm, there is loud noise coming from within the South building. We can not pin point the origin, and it is not as loud when we go out on our east balcony. but from inside the unit, the noise is substantial. At times it seems like T.V., other times it seems like music.
Heavy percussion (drums etc) from a stereo is more the issue not TVs - percussion sounds travel especially if the equipment is close to the adjoining wall.
Thanks for the comment. I would hope all of our residents would be careful not to disturb their neighbors. I would point out, that because the units are long from front to back, and the end walls are all windows, it is difficult not to have tv's placed on walls that are not common to both units.
